At Nova Zeal, every item is handcrafted to order in the Scottish Highlands. We are a small-batch, slow-made studio, which means a little extra time and a lot of care goes into everything that leaves our studio.
Processing Times
Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days.
Custom designs or wholesale orders may take 5 to 10 working days. If there’s ever a delay, we will let you know as soon as possible.
UK Shipping
We deliver across the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked services.
- Standard Tracked (Royal Mail 48): £3.95
- Express Tracked ( Royal Mail 24): £5.95
- Free UK delivery on orders over £50
All parcels include tracking and you will receive confirmation as soon as your order is on the way.
International Shipping
Nova Zeal enrichment now travels worldwide from the Scottish Highlands using Royal Mail Tracked.
We currently ship to:
- United States
- Canada
- Australia
- New Zealand
Delivery typically takes 6 to 17 working days depending on location.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country.
If your location is not listed, feel free to get in touch and we will happily see what is possible.
Local Delivery / Collection
Free local delivery or collection may be available for certain Highland postcodes. Please contact us before placing your order if this applies to you.
You can also collect orders at selected markets and events where Nova Zeal is trading.
Eco-Friendly Packaging
We pack all items using recyclable, minimal-waste materials. Packaging is designed to be both practical and gift-ready, whether it is heading to your home or travelling further afield.
