Created in collaboration with Houndberry, the Calm Wonky Scruffle Ball Gift Set pairs a handmade Nova Zeal enrichment toy with calming, training-sized treats.

Designed to support gentle enrichment and relaxed play, this set is ideal for dogs who benefit from soothing, sniff-led activities.

Each Wonky Scruffle Ball is handmade at Nova Zeal from soft, durable fleece and designed for treat hiding and foraging fun. The included Houndberry treats are made by Catherine and tested by her two dachshunds.

How to Use

Hide a small number of treats within the folds of the Wonky Scruffle Ball and allow your dog to sniff, search and explore at their own pace. Suitable for calm enrichment sessions under supervision.

Each Wonky Scruffle Ball is handmade in the Scottish Highlands and measures:

Due to its soft fleece construction, the Wonky Scruffle Ball is not suitable for dogs that chew destructively when left unattended. 

The irregular, "wonky" shape creates varied folds and pockets, encouraging natural sniffing and foraging behaviour while keeping enrichment calm and engaging.

Feeding Guidance & Ingredients

Complementary pet food for adult dogs aged 4 months and over. Free from artificial flavours, colours and preservatives. Grain-free and free from wheat, soya, egg and dairy.

Always supervise your dog during use and ensure fresh water is available. Adjust main meals accordingly. Store in a cool, dry place and consume treats within 4 weeks of opening.

Ingredients (Calm Treats):
Buckwheat flour (45.5%), fresh apple (22%), freeze-dried strawberry (12%), coconut oil (10%), freeze-dried squash (6%), lemon balm (2%), chamomile (2%), dried parsley (0.5%)

Analytical Constituents:
Protein 10.2%, fat 12.7%, crude ash 2.4%, crude fibre 12.6%

Safety Notice

Always supervise your dog when using enrichment toys. Remove after use and inspect regularly. Not suitable for children or dogs that chew destructively when left unattended.
